Leon Young
Executive ChairmanLeon is the Executive Chairman of Ripple Publishing and the founding CEO of Cogniss, the specialised no-code platform for digital health. A serial entrepreneur and a pioneer of the no-code technology movement, he co-founded Nocode Inc in the 1990s before going on to co-found the agency 2and2, specialising in the application of psychology to the design of digital solutions for behaviour change. It was through this work and later through years of building Cogniss that Leon saw the same pattern repeat: clinicians and researchers could build valuable digital health products, but no infrastructure existed to get them adopted by health systems and into the hands of patients. He took radical ownership of that gap and founded Ripple Publishing, a digital health publisher designed to bridge it at scale.
Heather Cook
Managing DirectorHeather is the Managing Director of Ripple Publishing. She brings over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of health systems, policy and digital innovation. Heather started her career inside the NHS before going on to lead national reform programmes in government and co-build digital health ventures from startup to NHS-commissioned services. An NHS Innovation Accelerator fellow, a member of NHS England's SME Commercial Advisory Board and an elected member of the techUK Board of Directors, she brings to Ripple Publishing deep practical knowledge of commissioning models, integrated care delivery and adoption at scale.
